I design and offer multi dimensional solutions that are customised to client needs. Workshops and coaching sessions are often underpinned by psychometric tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Emotional Intelligence.
In particular I am known for my high level of customer service. By that I mean I don’t just ‘bag drop’ a training solution, but instead I go the extra mile and diagnose what it is you truly need before we start anything. This takes time and conversation and ensures you are provided with a solution that will hit the nail on the head. Throughout, I will conscientiously stay close to your event, provide you with my observations and feedback and follow up with information and a catch up. In other words I give it my all!
My passion is to help leaders and their teams be more self aware, authentic and choiceful in their work and lives in general. I am thoughtful, reflective and trusting in my style, and not afraid to ask the hard questions. My strength is in building trust quickly and then helping individuals become more aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and how they impact performance.
I left the UK in 2007 after I fell in love with a Kiwi on holiday in New Zealand, a life changing event and I am the happiest I have ever been. I live on some land with said Kiwi plus donkeys, horses and chickens, the two step children having now left home.
Prior to living and working in NZ I was a leadership development consultant and coach in large corporate such as Virgin and WHSmiths, so I have much empathy for what it is like to be part of an organisation.
I am really proud to be a New Zealand citizen and to be successfully running my own business outside of my country of origin. I love it because not only am I in charge, but every day is so different. I meet a vast range of people in businesses, all of whom inspire me with their stories and lives and encourage me to be the best consultant, facilitator and coach that I can be. I’ve done this kind of work for a long time, yet I never tire of it as every day I meet new and unique people who embrace the help and change I can offer them. I make a difference to leaders, teams and business.
